All of us want strong and healthy looking hair, specially as we start aging. Human hair grows around 1.25 centimetres or 0.5 inches per month, or about 15 centimetres or 6 inches per year. How fast it grows also depends on factors like age, health, genetics and diet. In fact, eating a well-balanced diet with the right nutrients can help promote hair growth and make your existing hair stronger.  

Another Fact to remember and not to panic on is: On an average, you lose about 50 to 100 hair per day. This is perfectly normal.
